We aim to provide the best customer experience — from placing an order to initiating a return. While transacting on the platform, you can expect a hassle-free experience in shipping, returning, cancelling & refunds of the products you have ordered.
This Shipping, Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions, sets out LawnHub’s procedures and policies in accepting cancellations, product returns, and refunds thereof. Any cancellation or refund of products by you is subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Policy.
Shipping Policy
We strive to ship all orders as fast as possible with the best couriers by AIR to most pin codes. Delivery time can vary between 3–5 days after arrival in our warehouse. If you ordered 2 or more products, you may receive them at different times as per stock availability and through different courier partners.
Tentative Release/Ship Date is mentioned under every product you order.
Note — All taxes & custom duties (if any) will be borne by the customer as per laws in their home country.
Cancellation Policy
Our 10-Day Returns Policy
Please raise your return request the same day you receive the order. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns as per the following terms:
- •Only Unused and Unstitched Dress Material can be returned if informed on the same day of delivery.
- •The product should reach us within 10 days from date of delivery at the return address we will send via email.
- •Once received, we will arrange for an exchange or refund in the form of LawnHub Wallet Store Credit as per your request.
- •Refunds are issued as store credit (LawnHub Wallet) only, valid for six months, usable for placing new orders.
- •Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Items purchased using a promo code, or purchased from the Sale or Discounted Category, cannot be returned.
Important · Parcel Opening Video — Once the order is delivered, kindly make a 360-degree parcel opening video without any pause, trim, or cuts, ensuring the parcel opening is clearly visible. No claims of defective/wrong product will be entertained without a parcel opening video.
Non-Returnable Items
- •Stitched, Pret or Custom Stitched products are strictly non-returnable, irrespective of wrong size or fit.
- •Perfumes, Jewellery, Men’s Kurta Payjama, Bags, Clutches, Footwear, Jootis, Stitched Suits and made-to-order suits cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.
- •Items under any offer, discount, or from the “SALE” category, or bought using a promotion code or coupon, cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.
- •Orders placed for our rewards and membership program cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit (LawnHub Wallet), which can be used to place new orders.
